What is Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning,  similar to microdermabrasion, is an excellent and safe procedure for exfoliating the epidermis and ridding the skin of dead cells and fine vellus hair (peach fuzz).

Light, feathering strokes over the surface of the skin removes the top layer of dead cells, debris, and fine hair, smoothing the skin for a fresh look and a silky feel.

Removing this layer allows products, such as superficial peels and serums to penetrate more readily into the deeper layers, improving the product’s effectiveness and increasing the likelihood of a good result.
